Joachim Low has announced the 27 players from which he will pick his final squad for Russia.
The World Cup holders qualified in perfect fashion for the defence of their trophy and will be many people's favourites to be lifting the cup again.
The player who scored their winning goal in Brazil however will not be repeating his feat as Mario Gotze was not named in Low's preliminary party.
Goalkeeper Manuel Neuer has not featured for club or country since September through injury but is in the squad alongside Premier League quartet Antonio Rudiger, Ilkay Gundogan, Leroy Sane and Mesut Ozil.
