Pippa has worked with the England teams since 1999, overseeing the medical care of all female squads
She has been with the senior squad for both 2001 and 2005 European Championships. Pippa has also worked with the England women's hockey team and at the World University Games in 2005. She also sits on the British Association of Sport and Exercise Medicine executive committee.
