One of the more famous faces of the game after being involved in the last two England kit launches, Rachel has become a long-standing and valuable member of the England set-up.


Having developed into a quality international player, her levels of fitness and sheer speed make her a constant attacking threat.


In the 2002 FA Women's Cup Final, in front of 2.5 million BBC1 viewers, she scored a super free-kick to help Fulham beat Doncaster Belles 2-1 to lift the cup.


She was Player of the Match in the 2003 FA Cup Final as Fulham beat Charlton Athletic 3-0 and also scored England's winner against Australia in a 1-0 victory at Burnley in September 2003.


Rachel's most recent goal came against Hungary in October 2006, in the record 13-0 victory.


Having become the most capped player in the England squad against Norway, she was voted as the 2005 Nationwide International Player of the Year.

The end of 2005 saw Rachel handed the prestigious MBE in the Queen's New Year's honours list.
