Qualified in 1998 from University of East London.
Her career first saw her working for the NHS Enfield Primary Care Trust, whilst also providing physiotherapy support for female players at Leyton Orient FC's Centre of Excellence. Since 2004, Tracy has worked as an itinerant physio with the England Women's U19 and Senior team whilst studying for an MSc in Sports Injury Management at Manchester Metropolitan University.
In October 2006 she started the full-time position as Female International Chartered Physiotherapist at The FA, overseeing physiotherapy for all female international age groups.
