Coach Hope Powell has named an unchanged squad from the players who beat Austria 4-0 in August.

Powell said: "Switzerland are an improving side with some talented young players and they will want to be in Germany next year as much as us, they will be working hard to try and get there.

"We must now prepare ourselves diligently for these two upcoming games and ensure we give ourselves the best chance to qualify. Our first objective to make sure we get a good result in our home fixture at Shrewsbury Town."

The FA today also confirmed that the first leg of England's double header against Switzerland will kick-off at 7pm on Sunday 12 September. The game will be played at Shrewsbury Town's Greenhous Meadow Stadium.

The second leg will take place on Thursday 16 September in Wohlen, Switzerland at 7pm (Local Time).
