Can England outshine Coldplay?

England's World Cup qualifier at home to minnows Andorra was always going to be a good opportunity to play a competitive game away from Wembley and Coldplay's residence at the stadium confirmed that the fixture would be taken on the road.

That gives a sell-out crowd at Villa Park the chance to watch Thomas Tuchel's side in action on Saturday and they will be hoping for something better than the defeat by Senegal in Nottingham at the end of last season.

They will also expect more England goals than the solitary Harry Kane strike that spared blushes in Barcelona in the reverse fixture and ensured that the Three Lions have maximum points heading into the business end of qualifying, the toughest assignment of the group coming in Belgrade on Tuesday where a dangerous Serbia side lie in wait amid a hostile atmosphere.

When England do head away from Wembley it is always good to have a local favourite in the squad and striker Ollie Watkins will be hoping to add to his tally of five international goals on the ground where he plays his club football while club colleague Morgan Rogers was also named in Tuchel's squad.

Marcus Rashford makes a quick return to Birmingham after his loan spell with Aston Villa last season, one of a number of attacking options available to England despite the absence of Bukayo Saka and Cole Palmer among others.
