England Euro 2020 qualifying opponents were all in action on Friday with the Czech Republic defeating Bulgaria and Kosovo earning a draw away to Montenegro.

Those results still leave England three points clear at the top of Group A despite Gareth Southgate's side being absent from qualifying duty as they contest the Nations League Finals.

On Monday Bulgaria are at home to Kosovo while the Czech Republic host Montenegro but the scheduling of England's trip to Prague on a Friday night in October is a 'concern' according to the FA's head of security Tony Conniford.

Speaking in the wake of trouble in Portugal this week he told the BBC: "Perhaps, moving forward, when draws like that are made, like we do in England, if there is a potential issue then perhaps the authorities need to look at that and say, 'is England travelling to the Czech Republic on a Friday night the best thing for the game?'"

Well done meanwhile to the England Deaf Men's team who have reached the quarter-finals of the European Championships in Greece, that achievement bringing with it a place at next year's World Cup.
