England Fifth In New World Rankings

The dramatic 3-2 win against Spain earlier this month has pushed Gareth Southgate's side up a place to 5th in the latest FIFA World Rankings with Belgium now out on their own at the top of the listings.

It is England's best ranking for five years and reflects the value of their victory in Seville when Raheem Sterling with two goals and Marcus Rashford swept them into a shock 3-0 half-time lead.

Next up for the Three Lions are a friendly against the USA on 15 November before the final Nations League tie with Croatia on 18 November.
