Interim head coach Mo Marley takes charge of her first competitive matches as the Lionesses play Bosnia & Herzegovina and Kazakhstan.
Two players Marley knows well from the England Under-19 set-up, Keira Walsh and Leah Williamson, have been handed their first senior call-ups.
Champions League quarter-finalists Chelsea and Manchester City are strongly represented in the squad with 12 players out of the 26-strong squad.
Walsall FC hosts the Bosnia game on Friday 24 November (7.05pm) and the action then moves to Colchester United for the Kazakhstan clash on Tuesday 28 November (also 7.05pm).
