Still One More World Cup For England In 2017

The 2017 FIFA Under-17 World Cup takes place between 6-28 October with England qualifying thanks to their run to the final of this summer's European Championship.

Group stage games will take place in Kolkata against Chile, Mexico and Iraq.

England failed to reach the knockout stages of the last tournament, held in Chile in 2015, the most notable names in the squad being the highly-rated Merseyside duo of Tom Davies (Everton) and Trent Alexander-Arnold (Liverpool).

Prior to the competition, the U-17's take on Italy at Aggborough, home of Kidderminster Harriers, on Tuesday 22 August.

Tickets for the 7pm kick-off are priced at £3 and £1.50.
