Thomas Tuchel has largely kept faith with the England squad who delivered in the last international window for this month's friendly with Wales at Wembley and World Cup qualifier in Latvia.
That means no return to the squad just yet for Jude Bellingham, recently back from injury for Real Madrid, while in-form Manchester City midfielder Phil Foden nor Everton's Jack Grealish miss out as well.
Bukayo Saka does come back into the reckoning with Arsenal team-mate Noni Madueke out injured but that is the only change Tuchel has made after the most impressive display of his tenure to date, the 5-0 victory in Serbia that all but secured World Cup qualification.
"We had the best camp, the best performance and it was only three and a half weeks ago. It wasn't half a year ago or many months ago, so a very tight decision went in the favour of the guys who were in camp," the manager told BBC Sport.
The game against Wales has been designated as the Alzheimer's Society International and players from both sides will walk out with 22 fans living with dementia in a powerful message designed to highlight awareness of the UK's biggest killer.
