England's first opponents at Russia 2018 have confirmed their pre-tournament schedule.

Having held a warm-up camp at the beginning of the year, Tunisia will be in action during the next international break.

While England are set to face Holland Italy, the Eagles of Carthage will take on Iran on home soil before travelling to Nice, France for a meeting with Costa Rica on 27 March.

They are then set to take on two local club sides at a pre-tournament camp in Switzerland.

The most recent FIFA World Rankings have seen Tunisia rise to 23rd, their highest position since 2015.

That hasn't stopped them looking to expand their potential player base although a recent attempt to recruit Rani Khedira, brother of Germany's Sami, looks to have failed.

The Augsburg midfielder told the official Bundesliga website: "I don't think it's fair I take the place of players who have worked their socks off for the last two years to reach the World Cup, either."
