The England U19 side will head into the final group game of the European Championship after defeat at the hands of Holland.
An early goal from Steven Berghuis sealed victory for the Dutch to keep them in the tournament.
But England will feel they should have left with at least a point after a goal from Nathan Delfouneso was wrongly disallowed.
The Three Lions had little impact in the opening 45 minutes, with Delfonso spurning their only opportunity of the half just before the break.
It was a different side who turned up for the second-half though, and the Aston Villa forward had the ball in the back of the net after 64 minutes when he cooly finished off a counter-attack move.
The referee thought he had handled the ball, but TV replays made it clear this was not the case.
England pushed for what would have been a vital equaliser, with the best chance when Ryan Noble broke down the left wing and pulled the ball back across the area - but it ran behind all the England forwards.
