The England U17 side remain on course for the second stage of European Championship qualifying.
John Peacock's side were high on confidence after opening their campaign with a 3-0 victory over Sweden in their opening game of this four-team tournament, and took an early lead.
Hallam Hope, the Everton youngster, scored that opening goal after just nine minutes. Bachana Arabuli, levelled for the hosts after 63 minutes.
England conclude this four-team stage by taking on Poland on Saturday. They are top of the group with four points, and would secure progress to the second stage of qualifying with a point.
