The Germany forward Mezut Ozil will join the Spanish Primera Liga side Real Madrid.
Real have agreed a fee, believed to be around €15million for the forward, with his current club Werder Bremen.
Ozil, 21, made his mark at international level during the World Cup finals in South Africa - scoring against Ghana in the group stage and set up one of the four goals against England in the second round.
Ozil joined Werder Bremen from Schalke two years ago, helping the club reach the Uefa Cup final in his first season.
He helped Germany win the European U21 title last year before becoming an integral part of Joachim Loew's senior squad.
Jose Mourinho, the Real coach, signed Ozil's international teammate Sami Khedira, earlier in the summer and has also added Ricardo Carvalho, Pedro Leon, Sergio Canales and Angel di Maria to his squad since the end of last season.
