The Blue Samurai take on the Eastern European nation, who are potential second round opponents for England in this summer’s World Cup, in Osaka on April 7.
The Japan Football Association president Motoaki Inukai said his side must have their strongest side available as they build towards South Africa in June.
"I have told him [Okadaa] not to hesitate calling up the European-based players," he said.
"He has to put out the team he wants. It's a World Cup year so we should have more room to negotiate."
Japan will host South Korea, also going to the World Cup, on May 24 before playing England and Austria in friendlies in Europe. They take on Cameroon, Denmark and Nigeria in Group E of the World Cup. |
