Paul Le Guen has insisted he will not resign as Cameroon coach, despite seeing his side become the first team to be eliminated from the World Cup.
Defeats at the hands of Japan and Demnark mean the Indomitable Lions cannot reach the last 16, even if they defeat Holland in their final game.
"I will not resign. I don't have any regrets and that's not how I operate," he said.
"It's a great disappointment, we had high hopes, but I think this match shows that we were not really effective enough.
"We missed the required coolness in front of goal, but I feel like we gave everything we could. It's a serious disappointment for both us and the nation as a whole."
