England's referring representative at the World Cup, Howard Webb, has been chosen to officiate Sunday's final.

Howard Webb, 38, will be the first Englishman to take charge of the most important football match in the world since 1974.

Holland will take on Spain at the Soccer City stadium in Johannesburg.

Webb will be joined by assistants Darren Cann and Michael Millarkey, who he has worked with throughout the tournament.
