The draw for the inaugural UEFA Nations League sees the Three Lions face Spain and Croatia in group A4.
As one of the 12 teams in League A of the new competition, England will play home-and-away fixtures against Croatia and Spain across the international dates scheduled for September, October and November 2018, starting with Spain's visit to Wembley under new coach Luis Enrique on 8 September.
Finish top of their group and England will meet the three other League A group winners in a finals tournament in June 2019.
The venue for the finals will be announced in December but will come from a three-country shortlist of Italy, Poland and Portugal who will then host two semi-finals, a third-place match and a final.
