England C will take on their Welsh counterparts on Tuesday 20 March.
Manager Paul Fairclough has named a 16-man squad of Under-23 players who are with teams in the National League system, clubs from Blyth Spartans to Aldershot being represented.
They will travel to Jenner Park in Barry to face a Wales squad who are drawn from the Welsh Premier League.
Kick-off for the fixture is at 7.30pm and tickets are available (with a block reserved for England supporters), priced £7 Adults, £3 Seniors and £1 for Under 16's.
Fairclough is expecting a 'feisty, competitive occasion' and is looking forward to recreating the spirit of previous meetings in the Four Nations Tournament.
