Tom Heaton replaces Joe Hart in full England squad

Burnley captain Tom Heaton has been called up to the England squad for their upcoming friendlies with Germany and the Netherlands as a replacement for Joe Hart. 

Roy Hodgson’s men travel to face Germany in Berlin on Saturday 26th March at the Olympiastadion (7.45pm).

Tom has been in fine form for the Clarets this season, keeping 15 clean sheets in the Championship.

The Three Lions will then face the Netherlands at Wembley Stadium on Tuesday 29th March in an 8pm kick-off as preparations continue for the UEFA European Championships this summer.
